Cardiovascular Disease Databases & Surveillance Systems

We were part of a small team that created this course for the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The tutorial was designed to encourage public health professionals and researchers to utilize eight national databases that could assist them in their cardiovascular prevention work.
